In accordance with this programme, you must fill out an interest to sponsor form before you may seek to sponsor your parents and grandparents to become Canadian permanent residents. For the Parents and Grandparents Program, two applications are submitted and evaluated if you are invited to do so:
1. The petition for sponsorship
2. The petition for permanent residency
